number of attendees.

The organizer of the respective live event (hereinafter referred to as
"Organizer") has commissioned MediaEvent Services GmbH & Co. KG with
the order data processing in the context of the live event. He is

The data you provide within the scope of surveys will be forwarded to the Organizer for use in the context of the event (or afterwards). Surveys can be conducted either anonymously or non-anonymously; the respective setting is clearly indicated in the survey form. In the case of non-anonymous surveys, your registration data (if given or automatically transmitted via Single Sign-on) will be linked to your responses in the survey form.
The usage duration is measured and used for billing purposes between the operator and the Organizer, as well as for monitoring the success of the event by the Organizer.
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form with questions of any kind, please give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting us. A valid e-mail address is required for this purpose. This is used to assign the request and then reply to it. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any possible follow-up questions.
